Associate, M&A

Run workstreams on sell-side and buy-side processes alongside a partner: preparation, buyer dialogue, negotiation support. Three to six years of experience, at least one of them inside an operating company.

Analyst, Growth financing

Model recurring-revenue businesses, size facilities and prepare term sheets. Comfortable with cohort data and with saying when the numbers do not support the ask.
