CrossHill Finance was founded in 2007 in the Netherlands by operators who had raised, spent and returned capital in their own companies, and who found the advice they received along the way expensive and generic. We built the firm we wanted to hire: independent, partner-led, direct, with skin in the outcome.

Where we sit
We work from Maastricht, at the junction of the Dutch, Belgian and German markets, with clients across Europe. The location is not sentimental: three mid-market economies inside an hour.
How we behave
Independent
We are not tied to any bank, fund or buyer. Our only interest in a transaction is yours.
Operators
Every partner has run a P&L. We read your business as managers, not as spreadsheets.
Direct
We tell you what we think, including when the answer is "do not sell" or "do not raise".
Long-term
Most clients come back. We price and behave accordingly.
Discreet
We publish what clients allow us to publish. Nothing else.

CrossHill Finance is a portfolio company of Hermes Management S.A., a financial institution operating since 1990. The affiliation gives a boutique institutional reach in financing and commodity markets. It does not change who runs your mandate: a CrossHill partner, and only a CrossHill partner.
